The lifespan of a balloon depends on various factors such as the quality of the balloon, the environmental conditions, and how it's handled. At Marley's Magic Party Factory, we only use professional grade latex, which ensures that your designs can potentially last greater than a month. The lifespan of our latex can be affected by factors such as temperature, humidity, and exposure to sunlight. To ensure the longevity of your balloons, it is best to keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.

There are a few fees to be mindful of when booking a full service installation. Each of the listed fees are separate of one another. Installation: Installation factors in the actual set up of a project. Installation applies toward events that require set up and is calculated at 15% of the total price of deliverables. Delivery: As a company based in Citrus Springs, Florida, delivery fees compensate for time and gas to arrive at an install destination. Delivery is subject to $1.50/mile for any distance beyond 20 miles. Rush: In order to accommodate for requests with short notice (within 7 days), additional fees apply in order to compensate for schedule adjustments, obtaining materials, and decreased time to plan out a cohesive installation. Rush fee within 48 hours: 80% surcharge Rush fee within 2-4 days: 50% surcharge Rush fee within 5-7 days: 25% surcharge If applicable, surcharge will be added to invoice Outdoor: Outdoor events are very popular and always so amazing to curate, however in the state of Florida, as we all know, weather is unpredictable and ever-changing. For outdoor events, an additional 15% surcharge will apply due to the necessity to provide extra materials to ensure your design maintains its quality appearance, can withstand potential wind or other weather occurrences. Our outdoor surcharge also compensates for additional labor and skill set required to curate outdoor designs. Take Down/ Balloon Strike: Cost for time and labor to return to event site and tear down balloons. Take down is subject to delivery fees, as previously listed. Balloon strike fee is 5% of total installation. Note: Any surcharges applied will not have tax applied.

Grab & Go garlands must be picked up in Citrus Springs, FL and will be coordinated with the Marley's Magic team.

Although we trust the judgement of our clients, Marley's Magic cannot guarantee the quality, longevity, and final presentation for balloons that were purchased by the client. Short answer is, EVERYWHERE! Walls, windows, ceilings, backdrops, or even freestanding garlands are our most popular installation locations. Marley's Magic Party Factory has dedicated much of their time into discovering the most efficient ways to install balloons and balloon garlands to a variety of structure types. It is always suggested that installation location and medium is provided prior to the event date so that it can be ensured that all appropriate equipment is available.

I always suggest booking as soon as you know the date of your event so that a deposit can be paid and your event installation can be secured. Booking at least one month in advance is always recommended.
